BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT
All users, including membership cardholders, must book an appointment before coming to the studio. This can be done in writing via email to studio@zelezna.si or through the reservation platform on the www.fotozone.net
The reservation is confirmed upon payment. In the case of reservations via email, a payment confirmation must be sent in response to the message.
Reservations can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of booking without providing a reason. In case of force majeure, they can be canceled for free up to 48 hours in advance, but not later.
Membership cards have a limited duration. Appointments purchased within the card are non-transferable to third parties or another time period. They must be used during the validity of the membership.
Studio representatives can refuse a visit to a user who does not comply with the house rules and code of conduct, such as bringing inappropriate equipment, inappropriate behavior, unpaid obligations, transferring the card to others, etc.
UPON ENTERING THE PREMISES

Each user must familiarize themselves with the instructional video before starting to use the studio.

Each user must fill out a registration form. This can be done online or in physical form on site.

Upon each first visit, a representative of Studio Železna personally receives the user.

A personal reception is also possible for subsequent visits for an additional fee.

The reception includes opening the studio, guiding through safety and technical elements, demonstrating the operation of lights and equipment, and helping with the first light setup, lasting up to 15 minutes.

Mini and maxi assistance are also available, where a studio representative can help users with light setups and assist throughout the rental period.

Entry to the studio is possible 15 minutes before the start of the appointment. The studio must be vacated precisely at the end of the hour.
If the appointment is extended by 5 or more minutes, an additional 30 minutes of rental is charged.
In the case of remote opening, the user enters the alarm code upon entry and exit from the studio. The code is considered a business secret and must not be written down, stored, or shared with third parties.
DURING THE APPOINTMENT

The studio is a clean and organized space that requires entering with clean footwear.

Curtains are moved using the button above the cabinet and never manually.

Backgrounds are moved using a remote control.

Music is turned on in the cabinet.
Only pre-booked equipment handed over to the user in perfect condition can be used. If additional equipment is needed, it can exceptionally be arranged on-site or by phone. Electronic equipment on-site can only be used by professional users.
Only pre-ordered and/or agreed-upon photographic equipment can be used. Equipment that is not pre-arranged or approved in advance is not allowed to be used.
When using technical equipment, all safety mechanisms and regulations must be observed. Lights can only be replaced with prior permission from the Studio Železna team. For questions and advice, contact our expert team.
The user is responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness in all areas of Studio Železna.
The user is fully and exclusively responsible for the proper condition and safety of the equipment they bring or their guests, as well as for the safety and health condition of themselves or guests they invite into the space during the use period.
The user is responsible for any damage to the business space and equipment or related to use, caused by themselves or by people they bring into the space.
In case of damage to the space, furniture, or equipment, the user is responsible for covering the full cost of the damage. Any damage occurring during the use period must be reported to the Studio Železna team. Any unreported damage will be handed over to the competent authorities for further investigation.
Bringing potentially inappropriate, dangerous, or illegal substances or equipment into the studio is not allowed.
Children and minors are allowed to enter the studio only in the company of parents or guardians.
The use of the studio is only possible if all previous and/or current obligations have been settled.
Studio Železna representatives can refuse entry to users with dirty footwear, inappropriate behavior, non-payment of previous or current obligations, and other exceptional cases.
AT THE END OF THE APPOINTMENT
The space must be left in the same condition as upon entry.
The user must tidy up the studio and return the borrowed photographic and video equipment or tools to their original place after use. Upon exit, the following must be ensured:

All equipment is placed back in the same place and in the same condition as upon entry.

All electronic equipment is turned off and disconnected from electricity, including air conditioning, heating, stove, speakers, and mixing console.

Blinds on the outer side of the windows are lowered to the bottom edge.

All lights in the space are turned off.

The alarm code is activated.

The main doors are tightly closed.

Any trash must be packed in bags and taken away by the user.
If cleaning up after the user is required, a fee of 20 Euros per item is charged. Cleaning the space in case of uncleanliness is charged at 50 Euros per hour.
OTHER PROVISIONS
SAFETY REGIME
Measures and exits in case of danger:
The first aid cabinet is located in the wardrobe area, in the studio part.
The fire extinguisher is located at the entrance door - the emergency exit is through the main entrance door.
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
The space is under video surveillance. Recordings are stored for up to 14 days, and surveillance is conducted by Mides Nepremičnine / Studio Železna, with the authorized person being Urška Košir, contact: +386 51 489 018.
